Join our New Year’s retreat, set in the majestic mountains of the Sierra de Gredos!
Each year, we gather amidst oak, pine, cork trees, and white quartz stones to say farewell to the old year and welcome the experiences that the new year will bring us. Experience a fusion of styles such as Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Vinyasa Krama, and other practices belonging to the Meditative Arts of our school. This retreat combines movement, meditation, forest baths, Yoga, traditional Tantra, Voice Liberation, ecstatic dance, sound journeys, Kundalini Energy release techniques, and conscious massage.
This event is designed for Yoga practitioners, teachers, therapists, and, in general, anyone interested in self-discovery through the ancient practice of Yoga, meditation, human relationships, and connecting with nature.
Our Facilitators:
- Pablo Ferrero: Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, with a diploma in yogic studies from the University of Pune and the Bihar School of Yoga, India. Student of traditional Tantra and Tibetan Buddhism. He is also an osteopath and a student of Ayurvedic Medicine.
- Carmen Ananda Jyoti: Yoga teacher trained in classical Tantra, holistic therapist with experience in various energetic therapies, focusing on sacred feminine healing. She is also trained in Womb Dance and Kundalini Innerdance.
New Year´s Retreat in Spain
New Year’s Eve Retreat 𝐔𝐍𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈, means that intimate encounter with your true self. 𝐔𝐍𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈 means beyond the mind. It is that state that is between wakefulness and sleep.
In this state the Yogi is neither awake nor asleep.
This year-end and New Year’s Eve retreat is taught from the integration of Iyengar Yoga, hatha Yoga, vinyasa krama and Kashmir tantric non-dualism. Delve into the practice of Yoga, meditation, human relations, communication and traditional Kashmir tantra.
An intimate year-end retreat for 22 people in the Sierra de Gredos. Submerged between oaks and mountains… a silent, beautiful, magical and perfect place to say goodbye to the year and welcome the new one…

UNMANI refers to a different and natural way of perceiving the world, a return to the instinctive, animal and therefore natural. Like alchemy itself, we propose a retreat where you dilute the experiences of the whole year in the exhalation, but not without first taking the learning in all the pores of the skin and transforming it into something light, beautiful and kind. We will welcome the new year by planting strong seeds of purpose, gratitude, and compassion.

10% discount for regular students of the school (minimum 6 months) or for those who have already attended retreats or trainings with the school.

Cancelation
The booking deposit will be returned if canceled at least 30 days before the start of the retreat, except 30% for management fees. After 30 days the reservation will not be returned in any case. The reserve is not transferable for other withdrawals.
