We welcome you to one of the most profound, transformative, and comprehensive trainings offered by our school. This program arises from more than a decade of experience in the field of Ayurvedic body therapy, integrating the ancestral wisdom of India with a contemporary, rigorous, and applied approach.
This training honors the traditions of Ayurveda and Yoga, while incorporating modern therapeutic tools, offering an integrative approach to body, mind, and energy.
Pablo Ferrero: Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, trained in France and India. He holds a Diploma in Yogic Studies from the University of Pune and the Bihar School of Yoga. He is trained in Osteopathy (structural, visceral, and craniosacral), Therapeutic Massage, and Sports Massage.
He is a specialist in Ayurvedic massage and nutrition, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and an advanced student of Ayurvedic medicine, Tibetan Buddhism, and Shaivite Tantra. He is also trained in Reiki and various psycho-energetic therapies.
He holds a degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500h) with Yoga Alliance. He has spent extended periods in India, deepening his knowledge across different lineages and traditions.
This training invites you to immerse yourself in the art of Ayurvedic massage, Yogic massage, and Marma therapy—three ancient disciplines aimed at restoring the natural balance of the human being.
Through experiential and practical learning, you will understand the body not only from a physical perspective, but also from energetic, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
This training journey not only prepares you as a therapist, but also becomes a process of self-inquiry and personal transformation.
This training is inspired by the vision of Ayurveda and Kashmir Shaivite Tantra, where the body is understood as a vehicle of consciousness and health as a state of integral harmony.
At Matrika Yoga School, we promote a learning environment free from dogma, open to diverse traditions and paths. Our teaching combines rigor, direct experience, and a deeply human dimension.
The pedagogical approach is highly practical, experiential, and progressive, fostering the true integration of knowledge.
This training is intended for:
It is also open to anyone with a sincere interest in Ayurveda, Yoga, and bodywork.
Beyond technical learning, this training is an invitation to inhabit the body with greater sensitivity, to understand the energy that flows through us, and to support others from a more conscious place.
It is a path back to natural harmony.

The training is divided into 8 main modules:
During the training, we will also explore teachings from Tibetan Buddhism related to compassion, forgiveness, impermanence, and unconditional love, integrating these values into therapeutic practice.
We believe that nothing can truly be taught without being practiced and experienced firsthand. For this reason, the learning process will be experiential, theoretical, and practical, allowing you to experience the benefits of each technique and understand its underlying psychology in order to transmit it with authenticity.
To successfully complete the training, participants will be required to pass a theoretical and practical examination, demonstrating the knowledge acquired and performing a practical massage session applying the techniques studied.
During the training, we recommend a private Ayurvedic health consultation with Pablo Ferrero, offered with a 10% discount for students. This discount also applies to body treatments and Panchakarma processes that you may wish to undertake during the course.
This training is delivered in a format of 6 weekends. Occasionally, it is also offered in an intensive format of 10 full training days over 2 weeks.
