Retreat Focus
Through the integration of Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Kriya–Tantra Yoga, our school’s philosophy draws upon traditional Kashmir Tantra and Tibetan Buddhism.
Throughout the retreat, we will explore excerpts from classical texts such as the Vijñana Bhairava Tantra, Spanda Kārikās, and the Saundarya Lahari, as well as Kriya Yoga practices such as Nada Sanchalana and Tattwa Shuddhi (purification of the energy centres).
This transformative journey goes beyond physical postures, inviting you into a process of self-inquiry and inner transformation through lived experience and energy, while also integrating visualisations and group activities for self-discovery.
We are a non-dogmatic school, open to different spiritual perspectives. We welcome practitioners from any tradition who have a genuine interest in continuing to learn and in being nourished by our school’s methodology.

The Setting
Our summer retreats take place at the Hospedería del Silencio or at Casa Rural El Pagano.
Nature, the peaceful surroundings, and the quality of the food invite deep rest.
Here, in simplicity, there is nothing to do…
and it is precisely there that beauty reveals itself, allowing us to surrender to the flow of life.
