YOGA, TANTRA AND MANTRA CHANTING RETREAT
Iyengar Yoga, Tantra, Voice and Mantra Chanting with Pablo Ferrero. In collaboration with Bárbara Montes October 2–4, 2026
October 2–4, 2026 – 2 nights / 3 days (Friday to Sunday)
At Hospedería del Silencio, in the Sierra de Gredos.
In this Autumn Retreat, we invite you to immerse yourself in a deeply transformative experience where Iyengar Yoga, Classical Tantra Yoga, and mantra chanting become living tools for self-exploration, emotional healing, and the expansion of consciousness.
The voice is vibration, movement, and energy. Through it, we release memories, stagnant emotions, and deep blockages that reside in the body and mind. In this experiential retreat, we will work with the therapeutic power of sound and conscious movement, allowing the voice to emerge without judgment, as an authentic channel for the expression of the Self.
During the retreat, we will explore:
- 6 traditional mantras
- 1 healing mantra
- The chanting of OM, the primordial sound, origin of all vibration, and its correct practice
- Bija mantras and the healing of the energy centers
- Shakti Bija Mantras
These practices will be integrated with Iyengar Yoga and Hatha–Kriya Yoga, whose precise and mindful approach creates a stable foundation for the energy of the voice to flow with safety, presence, and depth.
Yoga, Voice and Healing
Every human being longs for health, fulfillment, and happiness, yet these states are not attained through shortcuts or blind beliefs. Yoga, meditation, sound, and Ayurveda offer a clear path of self-inquiry, allowing us to understand how our physical, mental, and emotional habits directly influence our health.
From the perspective of Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda, health is defined as Swastha — being established in the Self. Imbalance arises when we move away from our essential nature — spirit. Through the conscious practice of body, breath, voice, and silence, we will create a framework that helps each participant design their own life sādhana: a daily practice that sustains well-being, joy, purpose, and inner freedom.
We will learn chants that help release stagnant emotions and that can be used according to one’s emotional or life state.

Retreats in the Sierra de Gredos
“Hospedería del Silencio”
Hospedería del Silencio was born out of the need many people feel to find a space where they can pause, reconnect with themselves, and reconnect with nature. Its philosophy is rooted in respect for others, for the environment, and in the creation of an atmosphere of calm that supports introspection, rest, and overall well-being.
Located on a secluded hillside in the very heart of the Sierra de Gredos, in the north of Cáceres, it lies just two hours from Madrid, making it an accessible refuge while remaining far removed from the noise and pace of city life. The surroundings are truly privileged: untouched nature, lush forests, mountain gorges with abundant crystal-clear water, and a particularly mild microclimate that invites contemplation throughout the year.
The space has been thoughtfully designed to host yoga retreats, meditation, personal development programs, and spiritual growth workshops, as well as to welcome anyone who simply wishes to rest and enjoy silence. Its facilities typically include spacious, light-filled practice rooms, comfortable and eco-friendly accommodation, and healthy, conscious meals, often prepared with local, seasonal ingredients.
Beyond its natural setting and services, Hospedería del Silencio promotes a respectful and sustainable way of living, encouraging responsible use of resources and offering an environment that supports digital disconnection and reconnection with what is essential.
