YOGA, TANTRA AND MANTRA CHANTING RETREAT

- October 2 to 4 , 2026 – 2 nights / 3 days. (Friday to Sunday)
- At the Hospedería del Silencio in Sierra de Gredos.
- Taught by Pablo Ferrero. In collaboration with Bárbara Montes (Sanskrit Translation)
- 15 Yacep hours for those who would like a certificate.
In this Autumn Retreat, we invite you to immerse yourself in a deeply transformative experience where Iyengar Yoga, Classical Tantra Yoga and mantra chanting become living tools for self-exploration, emotional healing and the expansion of consciousness.
The voice is vibration, movement and energy. Through it, we release memories, stagnant emotions and deep blocks that live in the body and mind. In this experiential retreat we will work with the therapeutic power of sound and conscious movement, allowing the voice to emerge without judgment, as an authentic channel of expression of the Self.
During the retreat we will deepen our exploration of:
5 traditional mantras.
1 Healing Mantra
The chanting of OM, the primordial sound, origin of all vibration, and its correct practice.
Bija mantras and healing of the energy centers.
Shakti Bija Mantras.
For every mantra we will work on its meaning in Sanskrit, its archetypal and energetic meaning, and its correct chanting to receive its benefits.
These practices will be integrated with Iyengar Yoga, hatha-kriya Yoga, whose precise and conscious approach creates a stable support so that the energy of the voice can flow with safety, presence and depth.
Yoga, Voice and Healing
Every human being longs for health, fullness and happiness, but these states are not reached through shortcuts or blind beliefs. Yoga, meditation, sound and Ayurveda offer us a clear path of self-inquiry, allowing us to understand how our physical, mental and emotional habits directly influence our health.
From the perspective of Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda, health is defined as “Swastha”, that is, being established in the Self. Imbalance arises when we move away from our essential nature – spirit. Through the conscious practice of the body, breath, voice and silence, we will create a framework to help each participant design their own life sādhana, a daily practice that sustains well-being, joy, purpose and inner freedom. We will learn chants that will help us release stagnant emotions and that we can use depending on the emotional or life state we find ourselves in.

Retreats in Sierra de Gredos
"Hospedería del Silencio"
La Hospedería del Silencio was born out of the need many people have to find a space where they can pause, reconnect with themselves and with nature. Its philosophy is based on respect for others, for the environment, and on creating an atmosphere of calm that fosters introspection, rest and well-being.
Located on an isolated hillside right in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos, in the north of Cáceres, it is just two hours from Madrid, making it an accessible refuge that’s still far from the noise of the city. The setting is exceptional: unspoiled nature, lush forests, gorges with abundant crystal-clear water and an especially mild microclimate that invites contemplation year-round.
The place has been designed to host yoga retreats, meditation, personal development and spiritual growth workshops, but also for anyone who simply wants to rest and enjoy the silence. Its facilities usually include spacious, bright practice rooms, comfortable and eco-friendly accommodation, as well as healthy and conscious food options, often locally sourced and made with seasonal produce.
In addition to its natural setting and services, La Hospedería del Silencio promotes a respectful and sustainable lifestyle, encouraging the responsible use of resources and offering a space where you can practice digital disconnection and reconnection with what’s essential.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and heating. All rooms have a private bathroom and views of the mountains of the Sierra de Gredos.
