Deepening Cycle on “Foundations of Yoga Practice and Philosophy”
Starting in October 2024, these workshops will be part of the Deepening Cycle in Yoga and Meditation. This cycle serves as pre-training for those interested in our school’s Yoga Teacher Training program, as well as for all practitioners who wish to deepen their practice and studies of yoga from a practical and philosophical perspective.

In these workshops, participants will deepen their practice of asanas, pranayama, and yoga philosophy, as well as Kashmiri Shaivism (non-dual Tantra). Time will also be dedicated to meditation, and Q&A sessions will be offered.

Each workshop will focus on a specific theme, guiding its development. There will be time for questions and answers, aiming to clarify doubts about practice, philosophy, and other aspects of yoga, meditation, and spirituality.

Our school’s facilities are fully equipped with all types of materials for yogic and meditative practice, including chairs, bolsters, blankets, belts, kuruntas (wall ropes), blocks, and other therapeutic materials.
