Pablo Ferrero Fernández
Founder of Matrika Yoga School and Alchemia Movement in 2012. Since 2006 in the practice of Yoga and I teach this discipline of life since 2012. From the integration of different styles:
Yoga Iyengar, hatha, vinyasa krama, restorative and Kashmiri Tantric non-dualism (Kashmir Shaivism).
Manual Therapist (Ayurvedic masseur, Osteopathy, chiromassage, sports, reiki).
Graduated in journalism and communication sciences. Postgraduate in Coaching and Personal Leadership. Studies in Psychology.
Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, trained at the Institut Anuttara de Yoga Iyengar in Nice with Christian Pisano and June Whittaker. Trained in Integral, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Women and Kashmir Tantra with Amit Raina and Lina Ma at the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga, India. Diploma in yogic studies from the Yoga Vidya Gurukul and the University of Pune.
I have lived and traveled annually to India since 2008 where I have been trained and practiced by schools such as Bks Iyengar (Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, Pune) Bihar School of Yoga, Yog Ganga for Yoga Studies (Rajiv and Swati Chanchani ) and Patanjala Yoga Kendra (Usha Devi, Rishikesh)
Student of traditional Indian music. I have studied with tabla and voice teachers.
Currently I continue to deepen my studies in Ayurveda at the California School of Ayurveda and Osteopathy at Ised Madrid.

Biography of Pablo Ferrero
Anthropologist with experience in community work, currently professor of anatomy, physiology and yoga at the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga (KSSOY). Iyengar yoga teacher certified directly by BKS Iyengar in India. Ayurveda therapist and doula.
She has been a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years, she has lived for long periods in Asia (India) for 10 years and has taught training and courses in countries such as the United States, Australia, South Africa, the Middle East, Armenia, France, Spain and Nicaragua. .
In Colombia, he worked on processes of ethno-education and sociolinguistic diagnoses in indigenous communities.
In South America, he is in the Iguaque Reserve yoga project, a project for personal transformation that includes work with environmental education and water care.
Specialist in Yoga for women, yoga therapist, doula and ERPYT (Experience Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) with KSSOY.
Her studies create the foundation for the development of restorative yoga for women at the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga.
Amit Raina - Om Ji
He was born in Srinagar, Kashmir, India, into a Brahmin family.
His grandfather was a disciple of Swami Ram Ji, of the Abninavagupta lineage.
His mother Krishna is a Sanskrit teacher and his father Dwarka Nath is a great follower of Lord Shiva. Born into the Shaivist Kashmir Tradition and having an interest in spirituality from an early age, he grew up around great Shaivite teachers. Knowing that there is more to life than what you see with your eyes and what you perceive with your mind, he began practicing meditation and yoga from an early age.
He graduated from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, in the holy city of Haridwar at the college of Oriental Studies where he studied the traditional philosophy of Hatha yoga, Asana, pranayama and Shatkarmas, then went to the Bihar Yoga School in Munger and received the certificate in studies of yoga, where he studied Satyananda Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
He is certified by the late BKS Iyengar as an Iyengar Yoga teacher and is a student of the yoga institute in Pune for over fourteen years where he learned body alignment, proper use of props, correct postures and pranayams,

María Sierra Reino
María Sierra Reino, Yoga teacher and meditation guide. General health psychologist, member of the Official College of Psychologists of Madrid. At present, her occupation is fundamentally focused on psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults.
Trained for four years at the Lacanian School of Psychoanalysis (ELP), she also has Hatha yoga studies that help her broaden her perspective and approach a more comprehensive understanding of the human being.
Supported by this method, in its methodology it proposes a space for exploration and deep reflection through the word and singular listening; From there, from the singularity of each process, the person can find other possibilities that were not available to them, a different know-how that allows them to live better.

He was born in Talavera de la Reina and at the age of 18 he went to live in Arenas de San Pedro in one of the first Hippie communities in Spain. Manuel throughout his life has performed different functions; but its main tasks have been caring for the Black Stork for the Autonomous Government of Ávila and Toledo. As well as the construction of the Pagano and different tourist accommodation and environmental education in the Tiétar Valley and the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park.
Manuel currently facilitates mountain routes, mycological routes and guided visits to some of the points of greatest tourist interest. (caves, pools, horseback riding, etc) and the environment of the area where our retreats take place.
