These Ayurvedic health consultations are offered in person and online.

Ayurvedic Medicine is a holistic health system originating in India, based on balance among body, mind, and spirit. With thousands of years of history, Ayurveda promotes harmony between the individual and their environment, recognising that each person is unique and has specific health needs.

Ayurvedic Medicine uses medicinal herbs, breathing techniques, meditation, massage, and lifestyle changes to prevent illness and promote well-being. This approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of imbalances, rather than simply relieving symptoms.

The principles of Ayurveda are based on three doshas, or biological energies: Vata (air and ether), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (water and earth). Each person has a unique combination of doshas that determines their physical and mental constitution. More important than understanding your nature is understanding the nature of your imbalance, known in Sanskrit as vikruti.

Diet, daily habits, and the environment in which we live influence our emotional state, physical body, mind, and level of consciousness. When we understand the map that leads us towards holistic health, we must begin to follow it. This is not an immediate achievement, but rather a process that requires self-observation and an analysis of how changes in habits affect our lives.

This process works at a very deep and subtle level, recognising that each harmful habit we engage in is connected to an underlying psychological issue. For this reason, this path towards holistic well-being should be accompanied by an experienced specialist in the field.

Understanding our original nature and the nature of our imbalances is essential on this journey towards health and holistic harmony.

About Ayurvedic Medicine and How Consultations WoRK

Ayurvedic health consultations are tailored to each person’s individual constitution and specific imbalances, making them highly effective and versatile for addressing a wide range of health concerns. To ensure a personalised approach, a detailed case assessment is required. The process begins with completing an extensive questionnaire, followed by an initial consultation with Pablo Ferrero. You will then receive your case assessment together with a treatment proposal adapted to your needs.

Ayurvedic Medicine offers a holistic approach to improving health and well-being, using natural, time-tested methods that are increasingly recognised and valued around the world.

What Does the Case Assessment Include?

During the first consultation, we conduct a two-hour interview. Following this, we prepare a case assessment, and we will arrange a second session to provide you with a results report based on your case assessment, which includes:

Follow-Up Sessions and Body Therapies

After you receive your case assessment, if body therapies are not required, we will schedule a review every 7 days to provide the essential follow-up needed to support the progress of your Ayurvedic treatment. As you implement the recommended changes, follow-up sessions will gradually be spaced further apart, until you feel comfortable continuing your path towards holistic health independently and supporting the prevention of future illness.

If body therapies are recommended, we will establish a protocol of two sessions per week for approximately 2 to 4 weeks. During these sessions, in addition to receiving the treatments, we will monitor your case. Once the body therapies have concluded, we will continue with regular follow-up sessions to help ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.

Benefits of Ayurvedic Medicine

Conditions that Ayurvedic Medicine may help support

Ayurvedic Medicine may support overall well-being and complement care for a wide range of health concerns. However, its suitability and potential benefits depend on the individual situation, the specific condition, and appropriate medical assessment; it should not be presented as a cure for illnesses considered difficult or impossible to treat. The scientific evidence for Ayurvedic interventions varies considerably by condition and is still limited in many areas.

Important

When an illness is serious, Ayurvedic treatments should not be considered a substitute for conventional Western medical care. Ayurveda may be used as a complementary approach, but it should not delay appropriate medical assessment or treatment.

It is also important to remember that Ayurvedic Medicine is not a quick fix. Treatments vary according to each person’s individual needs, and any effects may take time to become noticeable.

If you are considering Ayurvedic Medicine as part of your healthcare routine, it is advisable to seek guidance from a qualified practitioner and consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your lifestyle or medical treatment.
