Are you looking to discover your life purpose and unlock your full potential through humanistic coaching, meditation, yogic and Ayurvedic counselling, and psycho-energetic healing? Welcome to the path of purpose-oriented coaching.
In this journey of self-discovery, I will accompany you step by step as you explore your gifts, passions and aspirations; identify your core values; and create a clear path towards personal fulfilment. This process embraces the four aims of life:
| Sanskrit term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Kama | Pleasure and enjoyment |
| Artha | Prosperity and material support |
| Dharma | Purpose and meaningful contribution |
| Moksha | Liberation and inner freedom |
We will work gradually, integrating psychological, physical, energetic and spiritual dimensions.
Life purpose coaching is much more than a simple search. It is a transformative process that helps you reconnect with your true nature and align your actions with your deepest aspirations.
Through personalised sessions, meaningful reflection and practical tools, you will be able to:
Recognise your unique potential, natural gifts and authentic desires.
Identify fundamental values that can guide your decisions.
Understand the mental, emotional and behavioural patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Find greater clarity around relationships, work, family, life transitions and personal projects.
Move beyond mental overthinking and reconnect with the body, presence and inner wisdom.
Integrate meditation, yogic and Ayurvedic perspectives into your everyday life.
Create a realistic and coherent path of action towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
This is not about adopting someone else’s idea of success or receiving a fixed formula for how to live. It is an individualised process, adapted to your circumstances, pace and needs, in which you can listen more deeply to what truly matters to you.
The process is informed by the traditional Indian understanding of the four purusharthas, or aims of human life:
Kama: the capacity to experience pleasure, joy, beauty, intimacy and aliveness.
Artha: the resources, stability and material foundations that support life.
Dharma: your purpose, vocation and distinctive contribution to the world.
Moksha: liberation, inner freedom and a deeper relationship with consciousness.
Finding your purpose does not mean rejecting pleasure, prosperity or daily life. Rather, it means learning to integrate these dimensions wisely: enjoying without attachment, creating prosperity without losing yourself, contributing without exhaustion, and cultivating inner freedom in the midst of ordinary life.
These sessions are for people at different stages of their inner journey—from those who have spent many years in self-discovery to those taking their first steps on a spiritual path.
They may be especially valuable if you:
Want to enjoy life more fully and step out of constant mental entanglement.
Are going through a transition, crisis or period of uncertainty.
Feel stuck in recurring patterns of behaviour, relationships, work or family dynamics.
Have lost touch with your desires, body, direction or sense of authenticity.
Want to unite professional direction and personal life with a grounded spiritual perspective.
Wish to deepen your path in yoga, meditation or Ayurveda while keeping it connected to real life.
Feel there is unrealised potential, creativity or sensitivity within you that wants clearer expression.
Purpose-oriented coaching is not merely an intellectual exercise. It is a transformative process of listening, discernment and practical action.
As you gain a clearer understanding of your motivations, challenges, strengths and deeper longings, you can begin to move beyond inertia, self-demand and external expectations. The aim is not for someone else to tell you what your path should be, but to help you listen more deeply to yourself, trust your own direction and create a life that feels more authentic, meaningful and free.
Life is short, live passionately.

Coaching also helps us to generate that space but in the end it is also in charge of focusing and landing on the ground.
Sometimes we are not able to see the infinite possibilities that life gives us and that we already have. These sessions help to see the immensity of possibilities with which we play and to be able to fulfill our vital objectives.
