Stress, bad habits, lack of time and disconnection with nature affect our nervous system generating a state where the body, mind and breath do not work in harmony.

It is important to find a space in which to feel free and connected with ourselves and our surroundings.

These days will be an opportunity to continue to deepen the practice of yoga and especially to explore our potential beyond those of life.

We will share knowledge, learning, experience and self-exploration and try to look at life in a more serene way; exploring our limitations, virtues and gradually going to connect with the experience of the consciousness of being.

How is the workshop?

We will work deeply on physical yoga (asana) emphasizing body alignment and breathing (pranayama). We will practice contemplations and meditations from different traditions.

Each participant will learn to take care of their physical limitations and to continue advancing in their practice to enjoy their full potential.

Through questions and answers we will explore together to try to see the world in its different shades. Always avoiding value judgments.

We will share knowledge, learning, experience and self-exploration and try to look at life in a more serene way; exploring our limitations, virtues and gradually going to connect with the experience of the consciousness of being.

We will work the physical, pranic and energetic body, trying to enjoy the intensity of the moment.

Schedule:

Friday. Entry after 4 pm. Joint class at 7:30 p.m. before dinner.

Saturday: Yoga practice, meditation and nature activities

Sunday: Yoga practice, meditation and nature activities. We must be out of retirement before 6 pm.
