If you are already a Yoga teacher and you are interested in our teaching methodology, we invite you to participate in the last 10 days of our 200-hour training for Yoga teachers in which you will join at the end of the training in a 10-day experiential retreat format.
We will work from the integration of Iyengar Yoga, hatha, Vinyasa Krama and traditional Kashmir Tantra.
A comprehensive training in yogic and meditative practice.
Orientative Program
Arrival Day
Entrance to the center from 6:00 p.m. (flexible to organization).
7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Yoga Iyengar Hatha and Vinyasa Krama.
9pm – Dinner.
10:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. – Meditation and Fire Ceremony (Homa)
11pm – Silence.
Full Days
7.30 a.m. to 9 a.m. – Meditation and Conscious Breathing (Pranayama)
9 a.m. – Breakfast.
11 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Yoga Philosophy and Traditional Tantra.
12pm – 2pm – Iyengar Yoga, Hatha – Vinyasa Krama.
2:15 p.m. – Lunch
4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Physical and Energetic Anatomy.
5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. – Teaching methodology.
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – Personal Practice and Mentoring
8:30 p.m. – Dinner
10:30 p.m. – Meditation (Optional)
11pm – Break
Departure Day
7.30 a.m. to 9 a.m. – Meditation and Ritual in Nature
9 a.m. – Breakfast.
11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Iyengar and Tandava Yoga Class
3:00 p.m. – Lunch.
4:00 p.m. – Departure from the center
About Teachers
Pablo Ferrero
Official Iyengar Yoga teacher and student of Kashmir Tantric Shivaism (traditional tantra). I started practicing yoga when I was 16 years old. Diploma in yogic studies from the University of Pune and the Bihar School of Yoga. Degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences. Master in Coaching and Personal Leadership. Manual therapist (Ayurveda, chiromassage, sports massage, osteopathy)

CANCELATION
The reservation deposit will be returned if it is canceled at least 30 days before the start of the retreat except 30% for management fees. After 30 days the reservation will not be returned in any case. The reservation is transferable to other withdrawals during a period of 1 year.
