New Year’s Eve and New Year’s retreat in the mountains of the Sierra de Gredos. As every year we gather around forests of oak, pine, cork oak and white quartz stones to say goodbye to the year and welcome the experiences of the new year.
From the integration of Iyengar Yoga, hatha, vinyasa krama and traditional Kashmiri Tantra.
In this retreat we integrate movement, meditation, forest bathing, Iyengar Yoga, traditional Tantra, Fire Ceremony (Havan), Voice Liberation, Sensory Dinner, conscious eating, ecstatic dance and sound travel.
Aimed at Yoga practitioners, teachers, therapists and ultimately all those people interested in self-discovery through this ancient practice that is Yoga, meditation, human relations and contact with nature.
All prices have a 10% discount for students who have attended other retreats and/or training courses. And regular school students (minimum 6 months)
