WHAT IS AN ECSTATIC DANCE?
Through a musical wave we will deepen the landscapes of the mind, the body and what we feel at each moment. At Matrika Yoga School we frame the Ecstatic Dance within the meditative Arts of our school. Free expressive movement, joy, respect and listening to what moves internally from honesty generates a space of freedom and awareness.
Ecstatic dance is a dance form in which it is not necessary to follow specific steps or expressive forms. All the “dancer” has to do is move freely and surrender to the rhythm, harmony and melody of the music that is played in the Ecstatic Dance room.
Pablo Ferrero has been a Yoga teacher since 2012, a musician at heart and a student of Tibetan Buddhism and Tantra Shivaita. Manual therapist trained in Ayurveda and Osteopathy. Since 2016 he has been guiding workshops, retreats and teaching Yoga and meditative arts training in which he proposes contexts of self-discovery and connection with the creative impulse, “Spanda Shakti”. Schedule:
6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Entry is from 5:45 p.m. Doors will close at 6:10 p.m. After 10 minutes of opening the session we will dance until 9:00 p.m.
Contribution: 18 euros.
