The main objective of both meditation, Yoga and life itself is to know ourselves. It is only when we know ourselves that we are able to accept ourselves.

In this retreat we will delve into our sámskaras (past experiences), limiting beliefs and introjects. We will delve into what separates us and stops us from living a life in connection with the very nature of our being. Apart from working with yogic and meditative practices, we will travel through communication, visualizations and dynamics for self-discovery. We will work on compassion and forgiveness towards ourselves and towards the beings that surround us.

Hours Yacep, Continuing Education Provider By Yoga Alliance. Both Yoga practitioners and Yoga teachers are welcome to participate.

This weekend retreat is part of the Immersion and Deepening Retreats to the practice of Yoga and Meditation. A cycle of 5 retreats on different themes each one that together add up to 100 hours of Yacep Training. Whether you are a Yoga practitioner or a teacher, you will receive a 100-hour Yacep training degree in Yoga and Meditative Arts upon completing the entire cycle.

Retreat without lodging or meals:

For the 3-night retreat, the entrance to the retreat center is made on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. For the 2-night retreat, the entry is made on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
